Section titles

The canonical section titles that make up most of the table of contents listings for the chronology pages come from the very, very long pop up/drop down navigation menu that appears on each page of the Girl Genius website that displays a page of the comic. This menu is below the bottom navigation buttons, which themselves may be below a long passage of text, so you have to scroll down to find it.
