Oana Grosu is an airship captain based in Mechanicsburg, commanding the Goblin. She volunteers ✣ to sneak the Castle Wulfenbach boarding party (with the mission of infiltrating the enormous airship to discover who has ordered almost everyone on board to abandon ship and why) onto Castle Wulfenbach.
Description[]

Vanamonde von Mekkhan introduces Captain Oana Grosu to Boris Dolokhov
Oana Grosu is an attractive young woman with ash blonde hair and blue eyes. Her most notable attribute is her diminutive stature. She is the height of a young girl but obviously a full-grown woman; in other words, short, but stacked.
She has a jolly personality and displays a carefree, if not downright piratical, disregard for legal restrictions on the goods and services she and her vessel should be providing. She is described as an "old Mechanicsburg girl", meaning not an "old girl" from Mechanicsburg, but one with the attitude of old Mechanicsburg, when the inhabitants were known for being smugglers and brigands serving the Old Heterodynes, before the more tourist-based economy that arose under Bill and Barry Heterodyne came into being.
One of her primary qualifications for the job is that she has illicitly docked her ship on Castle Wulfenbach before, smuggling contraband goods. Later on, she also shows that she can keep her head in a crisis, effectively manage people (as well as Jägers and Lackya), and that she knows her way around an airship engine room.
In the comic[]
Captain Grosu transports the boarding party to Castle Wulfenbach aboard her airship, the Goblin. After getting into one of the docking bays on the Castle with surprising ease, ✣ Boris assigns her to the party dispatched to take control of the Engineering section of the airship. ✣ The other members of the party are Trelawney Thorpe, Othar Tryggvassen, Ruxala (and a wasp eater or two), and a party of Jägers (named Hebineeza, Zebulon, Unctuous Jawn, Lopside Mo, and Snookerpye). As Oana and the rest of the group head toward Engineering, things start getting tricky. The party encounters a hostile Lackya (possibly Katz), whom the Jägers knock out and bring along. As the party sets out again, the intruder alarm goes off, causing further consternation.
When they reach Engineering, Oana is horrified to see that the entire boiler gang ✣ has been evacuated, leaving the boilers to overheat and eventually explode, destroying the entire airship—and that eventuality is not far off! Oana attempts to teach the rest of her party how to bleed the boilers stacks, which will prevent the imminent disaster. Almost everyone pitches in successfully, even (most of) the Jägers. Othar struggles against his deep desire to destroy the airship, rather than save it, and works slowly. As monsters suddenly appear, he gladly abandons the boilers to protect the rest of the party. Since Unctuous Jawn is breaking everything he touches, Oana has him join Othar, but she has to use the ultimate threat (destruction of their hats) to keep the rest of the Jägers at their posts. She also revives the Lackya and convinces him to help by playing on his rivalry with the Jägers.
The group succeeds at making the boilers stable and leaves Engineering, battling monsters and clanks all the way, seeking to join the remainder of the boarding party. This other group, commanded by Boris, was headed to the Bridge, tasked with finding Captain Patel and taking control of Castle Wulfenbach. By the time the two groups reunite, Oana (and the Lackya, who was last seen carrying her through a flooded chamber) have dropped out of sight, and her current whereabouts are unknown.
