Along with Mogg and Gark, one of the three Swartzwalders that accompany ✣ Krosp to Big Rat Island. Recognizable by brown fur and a necklace, Necklace Bear has not yet been named in comic.
Necklace Bear, Gark, Mogg, and at least five others, accompanied Krosp when he brought his papa/creator (Dimitri Vapnoople) to England, seeking asylum. Presumably, these bears (and possibly many more) helped Krosp free Vapnoople from Baron Klaus Wulfenbach's clutches on Castle Wulfenbach.
