Major Green Goggles[1] is a fan-coined name for a character who is seen helping to manage the Wulfenbach forces on the ground that have been surrounded by the forces of the Polar Lords. In the case of "Green Goggles" his name is unknown, his rank is uncertain, and he makes a brief appearance; but, because he is the one who dispatches Captain Berton and a party of men to parley with the Polar Lord, which kicks off most of the action at the end of Escape from the Island of the Rat Queen, he seems to merits his own page.
Rank Speculation[]
While his rank isn't known, it must be above that of captain, since he is able to give orders to Captain Berton. Since he is down on the ground, getting his hands dirty managing men and supplies, it seems reasonable to suppose he is a major.
