It seems clear to me that Kaja meant to post the drawing that was posted to Facebook, Patreon, and Twitter to the comic website as well but something went wrong. I have posted a message about this to Girl Genius Patreon page and also emailed the Foglios. 🔧

I agree with Bkharvey that the best thing for the Foglios to do is declare a hiatus. They could use the time to catch up on getting their dead-tree books printed. They have two complete volumes, 20 (2-7) and 21 (2-8) waiting to be printed and are nearly halfway through volume 22 (2-9). Perhaps, if Kaja could concentrate on running a Kickstarter campaign without having to work on the comic at the same time, the campaign would be more fun and there wouldn't be a wait of many months before the Backerkit survey was sent out. -- 🔧William Ansley (talk) 03:29, 28 September 2021 (UTC)

I don't know how much they make from various sources, but if they stop putting up something three times a week they lose ad revenue. Argadi (talk) 10:01, 28 September 2021 (UTC)
