After a quick glance through, I would put Kim Possible and Shego on a similar level. Batman & Joker. Just about any Loony Toons character pairs (Bugs and Daffy, Sam and Ralph, Sylvester and Tweety, Wile E. Coyote & Road Runner, etc.). Tom and Jerry. Professor X and Magneto. Buffy and Spike. The Doctor and The Master. The Winchester Boys and Crowley. The Man in Black and Inigo Montoya. Goku and... just about everybody (How he met his wife too). My thought is it's the Alcohol talking, since that is an over-the-top display of Frenemy. The one in Phoebe and her Unicorn is close to this.
