Is this the real Shiny Thing? I wouldn't put it past him to give Krosp a shiny trinket instead. Also, what fiendish thing is he planning to do to that poor other cat? And finally, I don't really understand Krosp's advice. In particular, would he say the same thing to Tarvek? How is it not going to end well? Because of the Other? Because of the Baron? - Hrm, or she could already be more than she seems. Not necessarily uplifted, but maybe an unwitting tool. Perhaps we should be worried about that seemingly innocent nip the cat gave Krosp a page back? Martellus wouldn't be above injecting Krosp with something. - I doubt Tweedle would try to pass off a fake shiny thing. If it is a fake, Krosp will find out right away from the bears. I am puzzled by Krosp's advice to Tweedle as well, but I am more puzzled about what his motive is for offering it. We know he doesn't like him; why should Krosp care if Tweedle's attempt to become Storm King ends badly? Is he worried the resulting mess will cause trouble for Agatha? Is he concerned that Tweedle will continue to try to control Agatha or somehow coerce her into marrying him as part of his plan to be universally acknowledged as Storm King? - Don't you think Tweedle is strong enough to take on everyone else? If we were talking about Gil you wouldn't be worried, and I think Tweedle is at a similar level with respect to fighting hordes of inferiors. - I think it should get its own page. If nothing else, it will provide an appropriate place to put a link to today's page (that is, the one for Monday, February 17, 2020), which not only mentions the shiny thing again but explains its purpose as part of a very interesting discussion (IMO) by Tweedle about the shortcomings of (some of) Master Vapnoople's creations. -- William Ansley (talk) 02:52, February 19, 2020 (UTC)
