Ah, that kind of talk.

Say, remember when Tarvek told Agatha to "give him something to fight for" when Gil was about to storm the town...? Jagerdraught Braumeister (talk) 05:21, March 20, 2013 (UTC)

It doesn't look like those two will be doing any fighting for a little while. AndyAB99 (talk) 11:24, March 20, 2013 (UTC)

It may be significant in determining Higgs' age that DK includes Higgs in the category of "children."  Or perhaps it just likes sounding like a familial elder. johnwillo (talk) 21:52, March 20, 2013 (UTC)

He also gets called "kid" by Jägers declared to be in the 250-300 age range. He seems to have quite a history with the Castle, though, so he may not be much younger than Oggie. PersephoneKore (talk) 18:39, March 21, 2013 (UTC)

I don't get the all over but the mopping up comment. Didn't the Castle hear with its own (remote) ears the Baron making plans to drop in? Doesn't sound all over to me. --Gsulli7369 (talk) 10:08, March 21, 2013 (UTC)

From the looks of things, there will be no more Wulfenbach forces within the town walls very shortly. Also, the Castle (or whatever fractional AI was running the clank that heard the Baron's plans) seemed to *want* the Baron to drop in. It's possible the Castle feels that the Baron does not pose much of a threat by himself. Jagerdraught Braumeister (talk) 10:49, March 21, 2013 (UTC)
Valid points, all. And it is true that the Castle was "out of touch" during the Baron's imposition of the Pax and his subsequent reign, and so may not fully appreciate his capabilities. If so, I think the Castle needs a serious tweak to its risk assessment algorithms. --Gsulli7369 (talk) 13:26, March 21, 2013 (UTC)
It did know him back when he was adventuring with Bill and Barry, and comments by various parties in Mechanicsburg seem to hint that Klaus made something of an impression back then. And it hasn't been completely unaware -- he negotiated with it and has been sending it prisoners all this time, and its matchmakery comments to Agatha about Gil being Klaus's sole heir, and about Castle Wulfenbach, suggest it is familiar with some of his more recent accomplishments.
Of course, it is probably prone to overconfidence. Its personality is derived from a Heterodyne Spark after all. PersephoneKore (talk) 18:39, March 21, 2013 (UTC)
