Thought... also arriving: A large number of Jägers, including the Generals, Punch and Judy (unless they jumped ship already?), and possibly Tarvek. --mnenyver 12:40, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

I don't think Punch and Judy would have left. It hasn't been that long since Gil left them, and they weren't ready for action at that point. To add to your list, Von Pinn is a formidable fighter and there are a number of students/hostages who have shown a willingness to take action on behalf of Agatha. Argadi 13:16, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Will there be that many Jagers onboard? I thought they were purposefully being kept busy on the frontiers. (Remember the Jager at Momma Gkika's commenting on fighting the "Reindeer boys?"). And I believe that all the students are gone. Gil seemed to think so , at least. -Evaneyreddeman 15:34, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
I expected the students being shipped off would be temporary (until the ship is repaired from the damage related to the hive engine), the Baron does want them as hostages. I'm not really sure how much time has passed since the Baron realized Agatha was alive (and we did recently see some of the students in Mechanicsburg). Argadi 16:17, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

I wonder about the location of Castle Wulfenbach compared to the area guarded by the Torchmen. I have several thoughts on that:

  • Two leagues is likely an estimate (a conservative estimate).
  • The Torchmen may continue chasing outside of the restricted area—possibly with a specific chase radius, so the pink airship and Castle Wulfenbach could be next two each other with only one being attacked.
  • Clearly some on board CW know about the Torchmen, but does Captain Patel? Is there a Kraddok on deck right now?
  • Now we might find out more about the deal the Baron made with the castle. (Wasn't there a reference to some deal? I thought so but I can't find a reference to it. Will someone please finish the chronology so we can find things easier?) Argadi 13:16, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

Regarding the Deal... 2007-04-23 (Monday) is the only direct reference to it that I remember.

"He didn't count."[]

Well, did that mean that our (presumably) airborne noble did duke, earl or baron? Or did he fail to count the fact that he was just slightly outnumbered? [Okay, time to see if this impenetrable shield Othar sold me was worth the cost.] Donovan Ravenhull 09:10, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
