One of the swarm of attackers who converge on Mechanicsburg during the Siege of said city; judging from his dialogue, this unnamed fellow is among the faction which is plotting to install Zola as Heterodyne and pair her up with Tweedle as the new Storm King, though no specific names are mentioned. He is also the commander of a battle-machine that consists mostly of a pair of giant legs, with two underlings seated in front of him. He does not display good management skills towards them, viciously berating the fellow who asks questions and beating on him with his swagger stick. Their machine is destroyed when the somewhat-rejuvenated Castle collapses a wall on them, but when last seen they are evidently still alive.
He has a star-shaped mark on one cheek; other characters have been seen with this decoration, but no explanation of its significance has yet been offered.
More than just the 'stache, really.
His fan-assigned name comes from his mustache which resembles that of Salvador Dalí.
